Liability waiver must be signed by all clients prior to coming in.
Prior to coming in you must confirm that you have not had a fever within the past 24 hours, confirm you do not have or have not recently had any respiratory or flu like symptoms, sore throat, cough or shortness of breath. Also confirming you have not been in contact or exposed to anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
Face masks must be worn by both client and practitioner. While face down, extra draping of the face cradle will be used to allow clients the option of removing their face mask during this time. Face masks with ear loops work best for massage.
Upon arrival to the office please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer.
Extra time has been blocked off between clients to allow for additional cleaning procedures and an air purifier will be running during the day.
Payment is required at the time of service.
Payment accepted via cash, check, or Zelle Quickpay.
Cancellations/Missed Appointments: If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment please allow 24 hours notice. Cancellations of less than 24 hours or missed appointments will result in a $40 fee.
In the case of illness, massage is not recommended. Please call as soon as possible to reschedule.
Late arrivals: Please allow time to fill out necessary paperwork, consult with the therapist and unwind before your scheduled appointment begins. Clients arriving late may not be able to receive their full treatment time. The session will end as scheduled so as not to disrupt the appointment time of another client.
